    What happens next

    1. Cristina checks availability for the classes you chose.
    2. She emails you to confirm, usually within a few days, with payment details for check or Venmo.
    3. Your spot is held once payment is received.
    4. She then sends an enrollment packet to sign, including class details, a liability waiver, and medical and emergency forms. This must be completed and returned before your child can attend a class.
    5. Before your first class you will get the exact address and anything else you need to know.

    There is nothing else to do for now. If you have not heard back within a week, email hickorygroveschoolhouse@gmail.com in case the message went astray.

    Pricing is per child, so this covers every child listed above. If your children are attending different classes, note that in the box above and Cristina will confirm the total.

    Changed plans?

    Pop-up classes: cancel any time up to 24 hours before the class for a full refund. Inside that window, please contact Cristina to discuss any extenuating circumstances.

    Seasonal sessions: cancel any time up to one week before the first Wednesday for a full refund. After that, the session is non-refundable.
